Who We Are
The Business Services UK Integrity Trust is an independent, community‑focused, non‑profit organisation, UK‑based governance institution dedicated to strengthening transparency, fairness, and accountability across Africa and the global diaspora.
We exist to protect the public, support diaspora families, and help businesses operate with integrity by providing verification, contract enforcement, and secure evidence‑management services across the continent.
Our Identity
We are:
- UK‑registered for governance, compliance, and donor confidence
- Africa‑operational, with field offices across 13 countries in Phase 1
- Digitally integrated, using the UK‑managed Digital Evidence Vault
- Independent, not aligned with any political, commercial, or government interests
- Public‑benefit focused, with up to 33% of surplus allocated to humanitarian support
Our structure allows us to combine UK‑level governance standards with local African operational capacity, creating a unique integrity system that protects millions of people.

A growing portion of our surplus funds food, shelter, healthcare, and emergency relief.
